Returns

We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you may submit a return request within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition — unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or valid proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, please reach out to us via our contact page. Please note that we are unable to accept items returned without a prior approved return request.

Once your return has been approved, please send the package back via a tracked courier service and provide us with the tracking number. If our Customer Support team has confirmed a return address, please ship to the address they provide.

Upon receiving your returned item, we will carry out a package inspection. If everything is in order, a full refund will be issued within 10 days of receiving the return. All refunds are processed via the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

Consumer Complaint — Faulty Product

If a product you purchased from us turns out to be defective, you are entitled to lodge a complaint. Depending on the nature of the fault, you may request one of the following resolutions:

        Replacement with a defect-free item

        Repair or removal of the defect

        A partial price reduction

        A full refund

We will respond to your complaint within 7 days of receiving your notification.

Important: Please do not return your item before first notifying us of the issue. To ensure your return is processed promptly, submit your complaint through our contact page prior to sending anything back. Our Customer Support team will provide you with a confirmed return address if a return is required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We ask that you inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please get in touch with us straight away via our contact page so we can assess the situation and work towards a resolution.

Exchanges

We do accept exchanges. To get the process started, please reach out to our team through our contact page and we'll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once we have received and reviewed your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved, it will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and display the credit.

If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not yet seen it reflected, please contact us via our contact page and we'll look into it for you.
